Vitesse Media plc (AIM: VIS), the AIM-quoted digital media and events business, has been notified that earlier today Fraser Gray, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 556,085 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at 2.70p per share.
Following this purchase, Fraser Gray owns 556,085 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, representing approximately 0.3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
