San Leon Energy Plc ("San Leon"), the AIM listed company focused on oil and gas exploration in Europe and North Africa, announces that on 8 May 2014 Paul Sullivan, Managing Director, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 2.69p per share. Following this purchase Mr Sullivan holds 60,840,000 shares in San Leon representing 2.40 % of the Company's share capital.
