Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 1 April 2014 that David Bundred, Chairman of the Company had purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 11.75p per share on 31 March 2014. Mr. Bundred is now interested in 483,824 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 1.1 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
