Hardide plc, provider of advanced surface-coating technology, announces that on 15 January 2015 Yuri Zhuk, the Technical Director of the Company, transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to another employee of the Company (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer Dr. Zhuk is now interested in 5,031,132 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4% of the total voting rights of the Company.
