The Company was informed on 27 December 2023, that David Johns-Powell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company transferred 2,885,010 ordinary shares of 2.0 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), held by his company, WPS Capital Ltd (formally William Powell & Sons Ltd), to his own name at a price of 8.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
