It is with considerable sadness that Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO, "the Group") announces the death of Dr David Allen, the Group's senior independent non-executive director. Dr Allen joined the Group's board of directors on 1 August 2008 after nearly 30 years with BP plc.
