Dealings by a Director
European Islamic Investment Bank plc (the "Company") has today received notification that on 7 October 2011, Mohammed Al Sarhan, the Company's Independent Senior Director, acquired 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3p per share.
Following this transaction, Mohammed Al Sarhan now has a beneficial interest in 5,549,567 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
