CVC Credit Investment management team changes

The Board of CVC Income & Growth Limited (Company) wishes to announce that the Assistant Portfolio Manager, Mitchell Glynn (Mitch) is leaving CVC Credit to pursue other opportunities. The Board is extremely grateful for the contribution that Mitch has made to the Company's Investment Vehicle over his long period of involvement.

CVC Credit has over this time continued to grow its team of analysts and assistant managers to support its ongoing successful growth strategy across the broader CVC platform and the credit team currently numbers 40. The management of the Company's Investment Vehicle will continue to be led by Pieter Staelens with more than 25 years' experience, including 8 years at CVC Credit. He is supported by the broader team of analysts and managers, and they are all governed by the Investment Committee.

With the recent promotion of Mathieu Rescanieres (11 years' experience) to assistant portfolio manager, and the recent hires of Chris Malone (29 years' experience) and Seán Golden (15 years' experience), the overall credit business is well set up to continue to perform strongly."
