Further to Company's announcement dated 18 April 2016 with respect to the motion requesting disclosure of certain documents submitted to the Economic Department of the Tel-Aviv District Court ("the Court"), the Company hereby announces that the Court has rejected the motion calling for the disclosure of such documents due to a concern of compromising the investigation of the Israeli Securities Authority ("ISA") as it was first announced by the Company on 19 February 2016. 

The Court also ruled that a motion requesting disclosure of such documents may be made again in three months' time provided at such time that the ISA approve of the disclosure of the requested documents.
