Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or "the Company") Court Approval SRT is pleased to announce that, further to the statement in the Company'sHalf-yearly Report on 28 November 2011, the Court approved SRT's applicationfor the cancellation of its share premium account on 14 December 2011.
