UNITED UTILITIES GROUP PLC DIRECTOR'S / PDMR SHAREHOLDING - CORRECTION

Further to the announcement made on 30 September 2010, United Utilities Group PLC discloses that Russ Houlden, CFO, purchased 36,710 ordinary shares at 572p per share in the Company and not 36,454 as originally disclosed.
