Beacon Hill Resources Plc ('Beacon Hill' or 'the Company')
Correction - Application of City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the 'Takeover Code')Further to this morning's announcement about the application of the Takeover Code to Beacon Hill, it is noted that this change will take effect on 30 September 2013, not today. Accordingly, with effect from 30 September 2013 the Takeover Code will apply to the Company and on such date the provisions of Articles 142.2 to 142.17 of the Company's Articles of Association will cease to apply.
