("LGO" or the "Company")
Payment received for Sale of Gulf of Mexico
LGO today announces it has completed the sale of its assets in the US Gulf of Mexico as previously announced on 5 November 2012.
The Company has now received payment from the USA buyer, Northstar Offshore Group LLC, which after closing adjustments totals US$1,714,000, a 5% increase over the consideration of US$1,625,000 previously announced.
The Company will now focus investment on its onshore operations in Trinidad.
