Announcement following the appointment of a new chief financial officer
Greene King announces that Richard Smothers, whose appointment as Greene King's new chief financial officer was advised in August 2017, and who joined the business in December 2017, will formally join the board of Greene King plc as chief financial officer on 1 February 2018.
Kirk Davis, the current chief financial officer, will leave his role and the board on 31 January 2018.
No further details remain to be disclosed as required under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
