Completion of Snorkel Contribution
The Board of Tanfield are pleased to announce that, further to the terms of the agreement announced on 20th September 2013, the resolutions of which were approved by shareholders in a General Meeting of 7th October, the Company has been able to conclude the Disposal of the powered access division.
With immediate effect the Company has therefore become an investing company for the purposes of the AIM Rules, whose principal investments are the residual interest in the Powered Access Division described in the announcement of 20th September and the Company's interests in Smith Electric Vehicles Corporation and Tanfield Engineering Systems Ltd.
