COMPLETION OF PLACING

Further to the announcement this morning, Canaccord Genuity and Peel Hunt have placed 4,596,000 new Ordinary Shares at 355p per share (subject to the terms and conditions of the Placing) to raise approximately £15.8 million net of expenses.

Following Admission, which is expected to be on 8 a.m. on Friday 17 April 2015, the total voting rights of the Company will be 50,565,652.
