Completion of Convertible Loan Note Restructuring
Shanta Gold Limited (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, is today pleased to announce that all formalities to effect the written resolution referenced in the announcement of 12 May 2016 have been implemented. As such, the effective date in respect of the restructuring of the senior unsecured subordinated convertible loan notes has occurred.
