Emblaze Ltd (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Company Update BGI Investments (1961) Ltd. Cash Offer Extension Herzeliya, Israel, 16 January, 2014 Cash Offer Capitalised terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company'sannouncements of 15 August 2013, 22 August 2013, 24 December, 2013 and 13January, 2014. Further to the Company's announcements of 24 December, 2013 and 13 January,2014 and in line with the terms of the Offer, BGI has informed the Company thatin order to accommodate as many shareholders and depository interest holders ofthe Company as possible, the deadline for accepting the Offer will be extendeduntil 24 January 2014. BGI does not expect further to extend the period foracceptance of the Offer. The revised expected timetable shall be as follows: Record date relating to the despatch of the 23 December, 2013Offer document Posting of Offer documents to Shareholders 30 December, 2013and Depository Interest Holders Latest time and date for receipt of Forms of 1.00pm on 24 January, 2014Acceptance, TTE Instructions from DepositoryInterest Holders and Tax Declaration Forms Outcome of Tender Offer announced after By 8.00am on 25 January, 2014initial final date for acceptance Latest time and date for receipt of Forms of 1.00pm on 28 January, 2014Acceptance, TTE Instructions from DepositoryInterest Holders and Tax Declaration Forms,in circumstances where there is an AdditionalAcceptance Period Outcome of Tender Offer announced (if by 8.00am on 29 January, 2014relevant), following Additional AcceptancePeriod Cheques despatched for Emblaze Shares By 11 February, 2014purchased pursuant to the Tender Offer andpayment through CREST for DepositoryInterests purchased pursuant to the TenderOffer CREST accounts credited for revised holdings by 11 February, 2014of Depository Interests; and TFE instructions to be made in CREST for thereturn of Depository Interests where a voteagainst the Offer has been made Despatch of balance share certificates for by 11 February, 2014unsold Emblaze Shares In addition, Chabad 770 has informed the Company that the Interim Period forexercising the Call Options was extended until 31 January, 2014 with Fortissimoand one other Seller; and until 3 February, 2014 with Shani and the otherSellers.
