Company Update

EMBLAZE LTD (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or the "Company") Company Update Herzeliya, Israel, 14 November 2013. Capitalised terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company'sannouncement of 4 November 2013 and 13 November 2013, as necessary. The Court appointed expert yesterday submitted his report to the Court withrespect to three proposals filed for investment in IDB. According to his report, the expert concluded that the Proposal put forward bythe Consortium has the greatest degree of financial certainty and likelihood ofcompleting as well as reducing the risk for IDB's main underlying asset, IDBDevelopment, in terms of its near termcash flow requirements. The expert further recommended that approval of any proposal should beconditional upon the deposit of at least NIS 700,000,000 with the Court or intrust on agreed terms. As announced by the Company yesterday, the Consortiumhas already deposited an amount of NIS 713,400,000 in the Designated Escrowaccount. The general meeting of IDB creditors to vote on the Proposals is expected to beheld on 24 November2013. The Court is due to sanction the proposal approved bythe IDB creditors in relation to IDB on 5 December 2013. The Company will continue to notify shareholders of any updates with regard tothe Proposed Transaction and/or any material changes to the terms of itsProposal by issuing further announcements via PRN, a Regulatory InformationService. All such announcements may also be viewed at the same time on theCompany's website at www.emblaze.com. In the event the Revised Consortium'sProposal is successful, the Company will prepare the appropriate documentationproviding more details on the Company, as enlarged by the IDB Group, and theCompany's investment in IDB.
