The Company hereby announces that it has been notified that BGI Investments (1961) Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the Company (“BGI”), has not published its annual financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2015 within the requisite time period set out under the rules of the Israeli Securities Authorities, being by March 31st 2016. Given the delay in publishing such annual financial statements, the Board of Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (“TASE”) has announced that trading in BGI's shares on TASE be suspended with effect from May 2nd 2016.
