Change of Company Secretary
The Company announces that Jeremy Rhodes has stepped down from the role of Group Company Secretary with effect from 21 January 2016.
In accordance with LR 9.6.11(R), the Company further announces that Vijay Vaghela, Group Finance Director, will assume the role of Group Company Secretary in addition to his executive responsibilities with effect from 21 January 2016.
