Change of Company Secretary
Hansard Global plc (the "Company") announces that Board has appointed Manoj Patel as Company Secretary with effect from 30 March 2018. Mr Patel held the position of Company Secretary until his retirement in November 2015 and is returning to the role on an interim basis.
Mr Patel succeeds Steve Bland who resigned as Company Secretary on 30 March 2018.
