Group General Counsel & Company Secretary Appointment

Genus, a leading global animal genetics company, announces that Tom Kilroy has been appointed as Group General Counsel & Company Secretary with effect from 15 July 2013.

Before joining Genus, Tom Kilroy served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Company Secretary of Misys, the financial services software company, and also for a period as Acting CEO. Prior to that, he spent a number of years with GE Healthcare, a division of the General Electric Company. He began his legal career in the City of London. He is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales. He graduated from Oxford University with a BA (Hons) in Metallurgy & Materials Science.
