River and Mercantile Group PLC (the Company) today releases abbreviated Company-only interim financial statements for the six months ended 31 December 2017 for the purposes of reporting the distributable reserves as at that date, pursuant to a distribution to shareholders by way of interim dividend to be paid on 6 April 2018.
