Director Changes

The Company today announces the following changes to the chairmanships of its Board Committees:

·; Martine Verluyten will chair the Audit Committee. Martine has significant international financial and IT expertise and was, until November 2011, Chief Financial Officer of Umicore, a Brussels based Euronext listed Company. She is also the chair of the Audit Committee of the Flemish Region of Belgium.

·; Roger Burnell, the Senior Independent Director, will chair the Remuneration Committee.

·; Peter Marks, Group Chief Executive of The Co-operative Group, will chair the Health, Safety and Environmental Committee.

·; Frank Meysman as Chairman of the Company will continue to chair the Nominations Committee.

These changes will take place with immediate effect.
