Closing of the acquisition of the residential building in the Upper West Side, Manhattan, New York
Following the Company's announcement on 17 June 2014 regarding the potential acquisition of a significant residential building with a gross internal area of approximately 240,000 sq.ft. in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York (the "Transaction") by one of the Company's subsidiaries and a subsequent announcement on 12 August 2015 concerning the Supreme State Court's approval for the completion of the Transaction, the Company is now pleased to announce that the Transaction has been successfully completed.
