The Company vide its disclosures dated March 8, 2022 and March 9, 2022 had informed that Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had passed an Ad-Interim ex-parte Order cum Show Cause Notice

dated March 7, 2022.

In this regard, we would like to inform that the Company along with Mr. Jawahar Lal Goel, Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Anil Kumar Dua, Whole Time Director and CEO and Mr. Ranjit Singh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer have filed Settlement Application with SEBI on March 30, 2022 under the applicable provisions of SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018.
