Blue Curve Mondas, the specialist provider of software solutions to the banking andsecurities and education markets, announces that further to the announcementdated 24 November 2005, a circular is being sent to shareholders today relatingto the acquisition of Blue Curve Limited ("Blue Curve") by the Company. The purpose of the circular is to provide shareholders with information on BlueCurve and to seek shareholders' consent to, amongst other things, a waiver fromthe usual requirements of Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers at anextraordinary general meeting of the Company which has been convened for 16January 2006.
