Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KS005930, KS005935, SMSN, SMSD) ("SEC") on May 27, 2020 announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the following contribution to the Ho-Am Foundation.
Contribution to Ho-Am Foundation
- SEC will contribute KRW 4.1 billion to the Ho-Am Foundation to be used for operational costs and the
presentation of the Ho-Am Prize. The Prize is awarded for contributions in different fields such as academia,
the arts, and human welfare.
