ROMGAZ S.A. and, in compliance with the Article 17 paragraphs 18 and 22 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, it ascertains the vacancy of the position as Director of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A., that will become effective starting with February 22, 2016.
