 يَسُر البنك التِجاري الدولي - مِصر أن يُعلن عن انضمام السيد الأُستاذ/ هشام عز العرب إلى مَجلِس إدارة البنك التِجاري الدولي كعُضو غير تنفيذي من ذوي الخبرة، وذلك بناءً على طلب المَجلِس وموافقة البنك المركزي المِصري في خطابه الوارد إلى مصرفنا أمس.

ويتمتع السيد الأستاذ/ عز العرب بخبرة واسعة في القِطاع المصرفي، ومع البنك بصفة خاصة حيث كان على رأس قيادة البنك كرئيس مَجلِس الإدارة والعُضو المُنتدب من 2002 حتى 2020.

وقد حصد السيد الأستاذ/ عز العرب العديد من الجوائز العالمية لمُساهماته في الخدمات المالية في الشرق الأوسط. وقد انضم سيادته إلى البنك التِجاري الدولي في عام 1998 من (دويتشه بنك) وعمل سابقًا مع كلٍ من (جي بي مورجان) و(ميريل لينش) في مناصب عدة ما بين البحرين ونيويورك والقاهرة. وحصل السيد الأُستاذ/ عز العرب على بكالوريوس تجارة من جامعة القاهرة، وفي أُغسطس الماضي تم تعيين سيادته مُستشار أول مُحافظ البنك المركزي.

CIB is pleased to announce that Mr. Hisham Ezz Al-Arab is joining CIB's Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director for his special expertise based on the Board's recommendation and the approval of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) yesterday.

Mr. Ezz Al-Arab brings a wealth of knowledge in the banking sector at large and CIB in specific as he was at the helm of leading the Bank as Chairman and Managing Director from 2002 until 2020.

Mr. Ezz Al-Arab was recognized several times by international houses for his contribution to financial services in the Middle East. Mr. Ezz Al-Arab joined CIB in 1998 from Deutsche Bank and previously served with both JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch in postings that took him to Bahrain, New York and Cairo. He holds a BA in Commerce from Cairo University. In August, Mr. Ezz Al-Arab was appointed Senior Advisor to CBE Governor.
