Change of Name to MBL Group plc 

Following approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 3 October 2008, and the issue of a revised certificate of incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, Air Music and Media Group plc has, with immediate effect, changed its name to MBL Group plc.

The new name and EPIC/TIDM code of 'MUBL' will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8:00 am on 15 October 2008.
