("NTLG" or "the Company" or "the Group")

Change of name to Conduity Capital Plc

Further to the announcement earlier today in relation to the passing of the resolutions at the General Meeting held this morning, the Company can confirm that it has submitted the relevant documentation to change the Company's name to Conduity Capital Plc to Companies House, but it has been informed that, due to the current pandemic, formal confirmation from Companies House may be delayed by short period of time.

Therefore, trading in the Company's New Consolidated Shares of £0.01 on AIM is expected to commence under the Company's existing name, New Trend Lifestyle Group plc (and its existing TIDM "NTLG"), following the Share Consolidation, with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Friday 2 October 2020.

The new ISIN number for the Consolidated Ordinary Shares (of £0.01 each) will be GB00BMX66220 and the new SEDOL number BMX6622.

Further announcements in relation to the Placing, Share Consolidation, Disposal and change of name and TIDM will be made as appropriate.
