Change of Name

Further to the announcement of 20 March 2015 and 15 April 2015, the Company is pleased to announce that effective today, the Company has changed its name from Premier Gold Resources plc to Prospex Oil and Gas plc.

The Company will commence trading under the new trading EPIC, PXOG, at 7:30am on 20 April 2015. The Company's Ordinary Shares' ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged as GB00BW4NPC58 and BW4NPC5 respectively.

The Company's corporate website will now be available at www.prospexoilandgas.com.

All share certificates, representing those Ordinary Shares in certificated form, in the name of Premier Gold Resources plc will remain valid. As and when transactions take place in shareholdings going forward, share certificates will be issued in the name of Prospex Oil and Gas plc.
