CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME
As referred to in the Circular to Shareholders dated 21 December 2020, the Board advises that, pursuant to Section 77 of the Companies Act 2006 and as permitted by the Company's Articles of Association, it has resolved to change the Company's name from Value and Income Trust PLC to Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC, with effect from 22 January 2021. The Company's ticker symbol for the London Stock Exchange will remain as 'VIN'. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will also remain unchanged.
The name of the Company will be updated on the London Stock Exchange in due course when the formal documentation has been received from Companies House.
