In accordance with the Listing Rule requirement to give notice of new directorships held by current directors (LR 9.6.14 (2)), Spirax‑Sarco Engineering plc announces that Angela Archon, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of DT Midstream Inc., a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: DTM) with effect from 7 March 2023.

The Board is satisfied that Angela's appointment with DT Midstream Inc. complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018 and proxy advisor guidelines.
