Change of Company Name and TIDM

 Park Group plc (AIM: Park), the UK's leading multi-retailer redemption product provider to corporate and consumer markets, announces that it has changed its name at Companies House to Appreciate Group plc.

Trading in the Company's shares will commence under the new name Appreciate Group plc and the new TIDM code 'APP' with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Thursday 7 November 2019.

The Company's existing ISIN number GB0006710643 and SEDOL number 0671064 will remain unchanged. The website address, at which the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 is available, will be changed at the same time as the change of name to www.appreciategroup.co.uk.

Shareholders should note that shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.

The change of name was approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 24 September 2019.
