Mytrah Energy announces that the Board has appointed KPMG Audit LLC as its auditors with effect from 9 November 2012.

Deloitte LLP has resigned as the Company's auditors and confirms that there are no issues relating to the resignation which should be brought to the attention of shareholders or creditors.
