Change of Auditor

Longhurst Group Limited ("the Group") announces that it has appointed BDO LLP as Auditor to the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2020.

Beever and Struthers has resigned at the Group's Auditor and, in accordance with section 519 of the companies Act 2006, has confirmed to the Group that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to brought to the attention of the Group's members or creditors.

The Board of the Group would like to thank Beever and Struthers for the service provided over the past years.
