Change of Auditor

Flybe announces the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") as the independent external auditor, replacing Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte"), for the financial year ending 31st March 2019.

Deloitte has been the Group's independent external auditor since the financial year ended 31st March 2007. As announced on 22nd May 2018, the Group has conducted a formal tender process, which has now concluded with the appointment of PwC as the independent external auditor to the Group. Approval for the appointment will be sought at the AGM on 13th September 2018.

The Board wishes to thank Deloitte for its years of service to Flybe.
