The Board of Leed Petroleum PLC (AIM: LDP), the oil and gas exploration and production company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Limited as Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.

The Company's shares will remain suspended pending clarification of the recapitalisation proposal referred to in the previous announcement dated 6 May 2011.
