Independent Resources plc, the AIM listed oil and gas exploration and production company (AIM:IRG) with activities in Tunisia and Egypt, is pleased to announce that it has appointed ZAI Corporate Finance Ltd to act as its Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.

Brandon Hill Capital Limited becomes the Company's sole broker, effective immediately.

The Company also announces the retirement of Martin Miller from the Board with immediate effect. The Board thanks him for his efforts over the course of his service.
