Appointment of Sole Broker and Nominated Adviser
The Board of Collagen Solutions plc (AIM: COS), the developer and manufacturer of medical grade collagen components for use in regenerative medicine, medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, is pleased to announce the appointment of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited as the Company's Sole Broker and Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.
The Company has agreed to grant Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited warrants to subscribe for 1,709,688 new ordinary shares at 30 pence per new ordinary share, exercisable at any time during the period ending on the third anniversary of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited's appointment as the Company's Sole Broker and Nominated Adviser.
