Copper Resources Corp ("CRC") announces that the Company was advised of the following notifiable transactions:

- On 25 June 2007, the Company was notified that L-R Global Partners LP and L-R Global Fund Limited sold 3,639,000 and 3,228,000 common shares respectively on 22 June 2007. These companies no longer hold notifiable interests in the company.

- On 26 June 2007, the Company was notified that Merrill Lynch International acquired 7,379,200 common shares on 15 June 2007.

- On 27 June 2007, the Company was notified that Merrill Lynch International disposed of 7,679,200 common shares on 19 June 2007.
