Share Dealings 

Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") has received notification from Bagleys Investments Limited pursuant to DTR5.1.2 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006 ("the Rules") that Bagleys Investments Limited holds an interest in 9,250,494 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") of the Company which represents 9.79% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Further, the Company received notification from Laura Ashley Holdings Plc pursuant to the Rules that Laura Ashley Holdings Plc holds in interest in 9,250,494 Shares of the Company which represents 9.79% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and that these Shares were acquired by Bagleys Investments Limited.
