Reliance Security Group plc ("Reliance" or the "Company") Cancellation of admission On 24 August 2007, Reliance Executive Limited declared its offer for RelianceSecurity Group plc wholly unconditional. Reliance therefore announces that it has made an application for thecancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIMwith effect from 7.00 a.m. on 26 September 2007. The cancellation of the tradingof Reliance's Ordinary Shares may significantly reduce the liquidity andmarketability of any shares not assented to the Offer and their value may beaffected in consequence.
