Directorate Change and Management Update
Prime Focus London Plc ("PFL" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Namit Malhotra, CEO of Prime Focus Limited, the Company's Indian parent, and Chairman of PFL, will assume the chief executive functions with immediate effect as Mr. Anshul Doshi has stepped down as a director in order to take up new role as Global Chief Operating Officer for the Prime Focus Group.
Separately Mr. Nishant Fadia, the CFO of Prime Focus Limited will join the management team of the Company and assume the role of chief financial officer.
