Board Change
On 26 November 2009, Richard Seurat was appointed CEO Designate, with a view to his becoming CEO on 1 May 2010. Richard Seurat has decided to leave the Company to pursue other interests and it has been mutually agreed that he will leave on 30 April 2010.
Serge Crasnianski, who is Deputy Chairman, will continue to act as CEO.
