Board Change
Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company focused on the Kallak iron ore project in northern Sweden and Swedish exploration portfolio, announces today that Executive Chairman, Clive Sinclair-Poulton is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect.
Kurt Budge, Chief Executive Officer, said, "We thank Clive for his long-standing commitment to the Company, bringing it to its current stage of development, and for laying the foundations for growth. We have already started the search for a new Chairman to join the team and look forward to updating shareholders in the near future. In the interim period, Bevan Metcalf has accepted the Board's invitation to step-up to Senior Non-Executive Director."
