The Board of Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new secured £10,000,000 two year committed revolving credit facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc as arranger, agent, security agent and original lender for the purposes of bridging capital contribution commitments in accordance with the Company's investment policy.
